Martin is one of the world's finest maker of acoustic guitars, and their guitars are simply great and my favorite brand.
I have owned this guitar since 2006 and have used it on over 600 live performances.
The original frets wore out long ago and were replaced with stainless steel frets, which show very little wear even today.
I put L.R. Baggs Anthem
pickup in this one, my favorite.
I use 12–54 gauge strings and usually tune the guitar down a half step or a whole step.
Martin Custom shop - 000-14f is inspired by Martin 000-18.
This BEAUTY is one fantastic guitar. Sitka Spuce Permium top, Wild Grain East Indian Rosewoodf in Back and sides.
The pickup is my favorite, L.R. Baggs Anthem.
Martin GPC-16 Rosewood is specifically designed for live performance and easy connection to a sound system. GPC-16 stands for Grand Performance Cutaway, where 16 refers to the series number. The cutaway design means that part of the body is shaped away near the neck joint, allowing easier access to the upper frets of the guitar.
The guitar features a Sitka spruce top, with rosewood back and sides, delivering a balanced and articulate tone.
Compared to the D-35 model above, this guitar has a slightly brighter sound character.
The GPC-16 is equipped with the Fishman® Matrix VT Enhance NT2 pickup system, which accurately and beautifully reproduces the guitar’s natural tone when amplified. Fishman and Martin have a long and successful partnership, and this pickup system is custom-designed specifically for Martin guitars.

TC-Helicon Voicelive 3 is an amazing gadget witc include all effects for both voice and guitar. This magic device can harmonice the singer by "listening" to what the guitar is playing. It has a great looper who can record and repeat both guitar and song and in addition it can change any voice to something like Barry White up to the highest heights like Tincerbell and everything in between.
Once you have tried this for real there is no turning back.
L.R. Baggs Venue DI is an acoustics pre amp with a high quality 5-band EQ, Garret Null notfch filter feedback protection, boost and tuner. Venue enhances the ability to achieve perfect accustic guitar sound in almost any situation.
The Logarhythm mk 3 is a great stompbox that I use as bass or bass drum, depending on what I'm playing. If people start dancing it's good to have this to "stomp the beat". It is a amazing how many ways you can use this just by using differnt shoes and changing the EQ. Here is Chris Woods demo of the Logarhythm.
Here is another video with him.
With this gear, one person can sound almost like a small band.
